RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

At NOOR, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, reflecting the time, labor, and dedication that goes into creating our exquisite fusion silhouettes. To maintain the integrity of our work, we do not offer refunds on orders. However, we are committed to ensuring a delightful shopping experience and will address fulfillment errors with care and efficiency.

Returns

Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for fulfillment errors, such as incorrect items or missing products.

Exclusions: Due to the bespoke nature of our creations, custom-made, altered, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please email hive@noorbymisa.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting images (if applicable).
  • Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.

Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds will be processed only for verified fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 10 days from approval.
  • Exclusions: Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • We deeply regret if a damaged or defective item has been delivered. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery at hive@noorbymisa.com, along with images of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please follow the return process (if eligible) and place a new order.

Note:
All returns and refunds are subject to inspection and approval. NOOR reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet our policy guidelines.
